    It is still categorized as a part of the Parasite eve franchise, so it’s not actually that big a deal if someone were to call it that. And the game was not really bad at all.

    F*** YOU

    Its a shame that it went from a awesome RPG to a ok shooter, I liked the game but it didn’t have that Parasite Eve feel to it. I hope if they make another title it will go back to its RPG roots.

    @Logology101 No,no,no,no. “The 3rd birthday” is in the title, probably Hideaki Sena (the writer of the parasite eve novel) didn’t want to use his awesome novel’s name on such a terrible game like T3B, all contact it has with parasite eve is basically: There is Aya in the game. That is just about it.

    @type87randomXD
    Square Enix labeled this a parasite eve game, so….

  7. type87randomXD on Oktober 12th, 2011 00:18

    Whoever labels this is a Parasite Eve game is mentally deficient.

    this reviewer is dragging what is left of gamespots credibility down the drain. the only reason gamespot keep her is because she is transgender. im sorry i could give a $#!+ about a reviewers sexuality, male female or somewhere in between a bad reviewer is a bad reviewer. carolyn is a lazy gamer with no interest in gameplay unless it is flashy and automatic, she then blends this with a bland whiny manner, and then hides from any flak directed at her poor reviewing skills behind being transgender

    SPOILER ALERT:

    You can tell that he didn’t play this game all of the way through. Before the last stage, it is revealed that “Aya” was really Eve all along; they switched bodies after Aya and her wedding party are killed. When you think about it, her weakness makes sense; she is a little girl stuck in an adult’s body. Towards the end of the game, she toughens up; her dialogue changes when she gets knocked down and her screams are quieter when she gets hit. Good character development!
