Ich habe keine Ahnung was USB-Software ist, da sie nicht existiert und schon gar nicht im Zusammenhang mit der Playstation Portable. Das Updaten muss nicht über Spiele erfolgen. Unter http://www.yourpsp.com/ kann man die Firmware auch ohne neues Spiel aktualisieren.
Wenn das Spiel nicht abgespielt wird, ist es kaputt. Gib es sofort zurück und beschwere dich massiv. Ich kaufe schon seit einiger Zeit keine Spiele mehr, aber wenn man 60€ für ein bisschen Software bezahlt und diese dann nicht mal geht, sollte man das den Verkäufern sehr deutlich schildern.
