as I can see he add video but rarely answer to comments, maybe you could get answer to your questions from the company where he seems to work, Wurth Electronik its what I see on his glove. its on google…

  10. RythmTR on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

thats true it need too much precision.

  11. RythmTR on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

  12. Elamin008 on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

to make a board like that would be really hard at a home trust me i work a a circuit board shop

  16. dumyyyyyy on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

    very nice!

  17. vibeslord on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

  18. flesknava on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

I think it was AIM WS-485 or Koki SS4-M951DK.

  19. cyb3rphr33k on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

excellent work! although R92 is not straight… :P
what solder paste do you use?

  20. flesknava on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

No. It´s much easier and cheaper to leave that job for the board houses :)

  21. nanodocl on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

Did you make the PCB too??

  22. youser23 on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

so did the circuit work after your nice soldering? because in the video you place many R’s where it’s written C and the other way round :-)

  23. flesknava on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

It´s hard to dispense solder paste dots manually for fine pitch components. You can draw just one thin solder paste row per side over all pads but there will be shorts to cleaned out.

  24. donnyab on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

just recently become interested in electronics, is this method appropriate for soldeing IC’s with very fine pitch…of the order of 0.6 mm etc ?

  25. jkgamm041 on Dezember 29th, 2009 02:04

Remember me? Your work is top quality. Straight up Class 3 quality for high reliability soldering. No other hand process can place and solder chips this quickly with this consistency. Good metal!
