    @Eziokilla9595 I thought that the oath Elena makes at the end of the game is good enough reason for the game to be called “the Oath in Felghana”. Especially how the game’s story is kind of being told from the narrator’s perspective it doesn’t really matter when the oath is made as it’s in the past either way.

    this game is actually old- it was made for the pc in 2006. There’s an english patch made. The only difference I believe is the cut scenes

    @ssptg Yeah, I just wish FFXIV wasn’t released so incredibly early; due to that, now EVERYONE thinks it will always be horrible and now the amount of players will always be really, really small. It’s a shame. Hopefully by the time the PS3 version is out the game will be a lot better.

    XI was superb, it took a few years to blossom, unfortunately now it is too late.

    XIV had a horrid start(it is still an alpha-stage software), and understandably will be ignored like a red-headed stepchild. Wait a few months, maybe a year, if SE hasn’t pulled the plug on XIV, the game will flourish.

    @TokyoMystify lol I agree with you. As much as I ABSOLUTELY LOVE all the Final Fantasy games (Except XI and XIV), I hate the romance in the games.

    @yoyoyo88665 O yea they are stupid, they dont know how to do it :/ but since it was a different japanese company well i was hoping so good romance might come out of it. When i say another japanese company i mean i hate the romance like the ones in final fantasy xD. And i guess ill try out the legend of heroes then when it comes out.

    @TokyoMystify No, those are the Legend of Heroes series, but they’re from the same creators as the Ys series… the Legend of Heroes games are known for having excellent stories and also for being extremely long. Also, there’s only a little bit of romance in Ys, thankfully. I think romance in video games is really, really stupid.

    @TokyoMystify lol XD maybe… but it’s a HUMONGOUS game, just THAT one alone. That’s why I’d recommend that you get it :) try to check out some trailers! Type in “Sora No Kiseki trailer” here on youtube. There’s FC, SC and “the 3rd” (First chapter, Second chapter, and the 3rd)

    @TokyoMystify No 1000+ pages for the main story ALONE, as in, just cutscenes. Not dialogue in towns or anything else :p it’s quite a lot of translating

    @yoyoyo88665 No way, my pride is at stake here, I should put it in a higher difficulty for punishment xD I guess ill have to be patient and enjoy the other games. But damn that is a lot of translation, but it’s to be expected, i mean everyone has different things to say every time you do something new and if you talk to them a second or third time it changes xD.

    @TokyoMystify lol XD well it IS difficult, maybe try restarting and setting the game to easy? And also, I heard that Falcom MIGHT create a PSP version of Ys: Origins, and XSEED will probably localize it afterwards but you will not see it for a WHILE– the Legend of Heroes VI trilogy will take FOREVER to translate. The script for all of those games combined is more than 1000 pages, I believe (just for the main story, too). And the 2nd game in the trilogy is the one and only 2-disc PSP game!

    @yoyoyo88665 Well i did buy it xD its cool but im stuck in a dragon because i didnt buy any healing items and i only do 1 dmg per hit and its annoying so i stopped for now lol. I will buy the rest but the one im praying for it to come out is Ys origins, i saw the trailer for the pc one and it is epic but it is only in jp :(

    P.S gald you just answered because i just got back from watching paranormal activity and im shitting myself xD

    @TokyoMystify Well I’m not sure lol… I’ve just heard from EVERYONE else that Oath in Felghana is a MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH better version of Ys III. I actually just got Ys Seven yesterday, and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since. It’s a fantastic game and I’m looking forward to it. However, a lot of people said Oath in Felghana is even better too, so I suggest you buy it. And then when XSEED releases the Legend of Heroes VI trilogy in 2011, buy those as well! :D
