Unique Power Armor. – This armor can be repaired with all other Power Armor variations, excluding Enclave Power Armor and Tesla Power Armor variants. – The armor dispenses Med-X every 2.5hrs after checking your hitpoint total. Since it is on a timer it does ”NOT” dispense Med-X during the heat of battle (when you’d need it most). – If the player leaves the sewer without taking it, it will disappear. – Despite looking like BoS power armor it has a star on the shoulderpads, painted in the …

    you made it through olney, but you haven’t made it to the citadel….wow…

    you gotta get far enough through the main quest, once at the BoS HQ, ask the head guy if you can have training, he will permit it.

    next find paladin gunny and he will reluctantly train you.

    haha ” power armor training is required ” means u need to join the brother hood of steal first and get armour training first. befour you can use it…. Note im not gonig to tell you much because i don’t want to ruin the game for you.

    ohh..i know that..u have to complete a quest..i dont remind wich but its a quest when your looking after dad or project purity..you have to get into the citadel..the citadel is a place and you need to do quests before you can get entrance to it..so just keep up doing quests till you can get in….and when you can get in theres a guy named gunny rite inside the citadel….talk to him and he trains you to wear it..he just talks ..then you can wear it =D
