Neue Xbox nutzt Playstation-Technik: Microsoft kupfert bei Sony ab
Microsofts Xbox wird erst im Mai oder Juni präsentiert. Aber mit ihr plant Microsoft einen Systemwechsel: AMD-Chips werden – wie auch bei Sonys neuer Playstation 4 – verbaut. Das trifft vor allem die jetzigen Konsolennutzer hart. Die Neuausrichtung bietet aber auch Chancen für die Spieleindustrie.

Berlin, 11. März 2013. Die Fußball-Simulation FIFA 13 von Electronic Arts verkaufte sich, wie auch sein Vorgänger, allein auf der PlayStation 3 mehr als eine Million Mal. FIFA 13 schaffte es, diese Grenze fast doppelt so schnell wie sein Vorgänger FIFA 12 zu überschreiten (FIFA 13: sechs Monate und FIFA 12: elf Monate).
