(Single core 2.4ghz Emachine LE-1620) 1280X1024 Medium to High Settings Distance settings 0 Sapphire 4670 1GB GDDR3 Anyways, what the hell is wrong with the camera and visuals effects, if anyone knows how to fix it, please tell me. EDIT, someone on a forum told me what the problem is. If you use a no cd patch, or the wrong one the camera will shake. I wonder who bright idea it was to do that, is this a way to get rid of priacy? Sorry Rockstar, but i bought this game from best buy for 19.99 …

    I am not sure how you are going to lose a GAME DISC, but i don’t know of any other way, none of the no cd patches seem to fix the problem. So i guess you just have to buy it again, its only 20 bucks. Unless you want to make a backup ISO, which is going to be about 14GB size.

    Well the problem is simple, keep the DVD drive in the Drive and play the game. Problem goes away.

    yeah rockstar is really strict about this stuff because i know that GTASA was pirated to hell and back

    I use no cd patches for pretty much every game i own. I own the real game , i bought it from best buy for 20 bucks. But with GTA IV , this is the first game that if you use a no cd patch, it has side effects. Rockstar loses some cool points because of this lol

    You’re not spose to use no CD “patches”. It’s to deter people from giving it to their friend. If you wanted no CD, buy it on Steam.
