This is GTAIV running on my little geforce 8600gt 
The game is more CPU intensive than GPU and takes advantage of 3/4 cores. It’s very bad optimized for PC. Using these options Texture Quality: Medium Render Quality: Medium View Distance: 10 Detail Distance: 10 Vehicle Density: 15 Shadow Density: 0 I got 17-28 fps in 1024×768, 10-17 with fraps. In 800×600 20-33 fps. Used GTAIV Magic Patcher to edit timecyc.dat and changed the overall view distance to 750 (default 1500, totally insane) for …
