In 800×600 20-33 fps. Used GTAIV Magic Patcher to edit timecyc.dat and changed the overall view distance to 750 (default 1500, totally insane) for …

If you’re people looking to OC your video card, be sure that you has a really good cooling system, cause temperature of video card goes up

If u got a quad core u need to buy yourself an ATI Radeon 4770, then your quad core still got a bit action…
I got an 8600GT overclocked one, but need to underclock couse there its 32°outside, and inside. So my videocart reaches 80° when i’m playing.
The 8600GT isnt so good whit overclocking. My maximum overclocking is

    Normal settings:
    540mhz
    700mhz
    1150mhz (something like that)

    I OC’ed it to:

    620Mhz
    940Mhz
    1368Mhz

Your processor doesn’t make much of a difference when compared to the 4000+ because it’s better to have more cores. If you look on the benchmark for dual cores, it can be up to 90+% cpu usage.

  24. 1112Hanno112 on August 21st, 2009 11:38

    good vid…
    look at my vids

  25. overg2 on August 21st, 2009 11:38

No, it’ll be worse. The game is Cpu intensive, 3,5gb ram will not make a difference.
