I scouted this goalkeeper and he had an overall of 86 and he now has an overall of 98 and is the best player in the world.
a good tactic is to upgrade ur scout to full and then use the rest on watever u like i prefer fitness and then keep scouting for players and using this tactic i got QPR up 1 and a half stars in less then 1 season
i play manager mode all the time and i have auto growth on. i have bought and sold different players than you, scouted superstars and have a budget of 101,000,000 pounds. I have won the primer league every season for 12 years
another trick is that you can make players younger than they are are like for ex: theres a player that is 36 years old n u want make him to 15 years old did you knew that if you don’t i wil make a video of that for all of you and it will be better because like cristiano ronaldo he is wat 22 or 23 years old when he is in 95 or 96 he would want to retire but with dis trick when he is in 95 or 96 he will be like about in 25 years old he would be at 98 or 99 and they would pay 4 it more money

@DanielBK13 you go to player growth which is just under team management, and press the “Y”/”triangle” button to turn off auto growth, then you press the “A”/”X” button on the players to use their experience just like on be a pro mode. But personally I prefer auto growth on. It works and you don have to do all that boring stuff with all your players. On my manager mode, Owen Hargreaves has grown 6 in overall to seasons in a row with auto growth.
This only really applies to a mid-table+ squad in a top division. I mean the starting 11 you just named will cost around 90 mil which you won’t raise , even without upgrading staff which will cost about 30 mil
