Sony’s next generation of portable gaming unveiled, and is named PSVita. The Sony press-conference may have been slightly downplayed because of the whole hacked PSN issue, but it was one of the more significant technology unveils at the 2011 Electronic Entertainment Expo.     i dont now netbook with nvidia ion can run 52gigaflops nintendo wii 67 preformance per price ps vita is cheep but is not 086 architecture arm is easy but need more ram to run normal formats what you run on 086 qusad qore i dont now clock of cpu max frequency of quad core arm is 2ghz ich core and graphic preformance geforce 5900xt can do 35milion poligons with full antialazing and 125 without ennythin on povervr quad core can do 133 with full scene antialazing

    i dont now the power preformance only teh cpu when is rated 1,5ghz can do 20 gigaflops if is design as ps3 so graphic can do over 9 times more than cpu then be more than 160 gigaflops

    I did not mention this in the video, but in case you would like to know “Vita” is Latin for “Life”.
    …so the name PlayStation Life gives the impression that Sony has some big expectations for their system beyond it just being their next portable gaming device.

    i think that the vita’s name sucks I would rather have it be called the NGP. on the topic of hardware it completely beats the 3ds because the 3ds’s 3d effect only makes you want to through up(i actually did) and since the only unique thing about it doesn’t work why even buy it. But sadly the vita won’t even sell as well as the 3ds because it’s nintendo

    My opinioin on the psvita? I must admit, even though the future is obviously mobile phones that are used like mini-computers/game devices, I might seriously have to pick up the psvita as soon as it comes out anyway.

    Yeah, I’m definitely getting one.
