wie kann man auf ps3 import spiele spielen braucht man da was?
PS3 Spiele sind nicht regionalcodiert. Solange es also PS3 Spiele sind, kannst Du problemlos Spiele aus Amerika, Japan oder sonstwoher spielen.
Allerdings PS2 und PS1 Spiele sind regionalcodiert. Das bedeutet, dass auf Deiner Deutschen PS3 nur Europäische PS2 und PS1 Spiele laufen (vorausgesetzt, Du hast noch die 60 GB Variante mit PS2 Emulator. Sonst mit der 40GB Version laufen nur Europäische PS1 Spiele)
Ebenso sind BluRay Filme Regionalcodiert. Du kannst also auch nur Filme aus Europa anschauen.

Emulatoren sind kostenlose Programme die man runterladen kann. Aber
die PSP Spiele müsstest du auch runterladen was wieder illegal ist, da es ja für PSP Spiele kein entsprechendes PC-Laufwerk gibt.

Nein, kannst Du nicht.
In Europa kann nur die 60GB Version mit einem eingebauten Software-Emulator recht viele PS2 Spiele spielen, allerdings nicht alle.
In den USA und Japan wurden mit den ersten PS3 Modellen mit 20 und 60GB noch die echten PS2 Chips (die Emotion Engine) als Hardware eingebaut, und konnten so fast alle PS2 Spiele spielen.
Aus Kostengründen wurde dann das 80GB Modell nur noch mit einem Software-Emulator ausgestattet, wie das 60GB Modell in Europa. Diese Modelle hatten nie einen PS2 Chip gehabt.
Die 40GB Version kann weltweit keine PS2 Spiele spielen.
