Original DVD auf den PC?
Für diese Aufgabe benötigst du einen sogenannten DVD-Ripper, also ein Programm, das die spezielle Datenstruktur einer DVD in eine typische PC-Datei überführt, so wie ein CD-Ripper aus einer Audio-CD beispielsweise MP3-Dateien macht, so macht der DVD-Ripper aus einer Video-DVD z.B. DivX-AVI-Dateien
Eine Freeware dafür ist z.B. Auto Gordian Knot, der “Automatische gordische Knoten”

Dieses Programm ist einfach in der Handhabung und komprimiert dein DVD-Video in eine handliche PC-Video-Datei

Übrigens: Wenn du mal den umgekehrten Weg gehen möchtest, also von einer AVI-Datei eine DVD erzeugen, gibt es auch so ein einfaches Programm: DVD-Flick
